Job Title: Senior Equipment Manager

EnovaPremier is seeking a highly skilled Senior Equipment Manager to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for managing the start-up of new tire and wheel assembly plants from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interact with customers and suppliers to understand customer requirements and specifications.
  • Specify equipment and layouts for new operating facilities, ensuring they meet customer requirements and internal cost targets.
  • Manage the purchasing, build, installation, and launch of capital equipment projects.
  • Engage in problem-solving activities with EnovaPremier team members, customers, and suppliers.
  • Ensure equipment meets all processing requirements prior to starting it in production.
  • Implement and maintain EnovaPremier equipment and controls standards for new equipment.
  • Improve the troubleshooting capability of maintenance technicians and plant staff.
  • Review and monitor PLC changes in all facilities for safe and proper implementation into the process.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Industrial experience of at least 5 years, preferably in the auto industry with tire/wheel manufacturing or assembly.
  • Experience related to equipment, including installation, design, and manufacture.
  • Experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with servo controllers and human interfaces preferred.
