Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional support to our members, troubleshooting technical issues and delivering top-notch service in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive member satisfaction and success.
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge library of how our platform works, ensuring our members have the resources they need to thrive.
  • Monitor and maintain success metrics and data, providing insights to inform our product development and support strategies.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in a support or technical role, with a strong background in financial services technology.
  • Excellent problem-solving and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • BS or BA preferred, with a strong interest in the tech industry and/or consumer fintech experience.
