Compensation: $21.00 per hour
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, starting at 2:00 PM until tasks are completed
Position Summary:
The Inventory Replenishment Specialist is responsible for accurately restocking pick locations with various products (such as bags of pet food, cases of canned goods, and litter) while ensuring proper inventory rotation throughout the warehouse. This role involves the use of warehouse equipment, including reach trucks and forklifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely lift, move, and handle materials weighing up to 50 lbs. repeatedly throughout the shift, both manually and using warehouse machinery
- Construct pallets accurately and efficiently to prevent product damage during delivery
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend English, including numerical identification
- Adhere to safety protocols, regulations, and procedures while performing job functions
- Possess reliable transportation, a flexible schedule, consistent attendance, and a positive, professional demeanor
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience operating warehouse machinery (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks, high-reach trucks) is preferred
- High level of skill and dexterity in the safe operation of warehouse equipment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy is essential
- Certification for electric pallet jacks is a plus
- Familiarity with Infor WMS is advantageous
