Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Account Manager to join our team at Guitar Center. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business and sales of high-end audio-visual systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
- Collaborate with our engineering team to ensure seamless delivery of our systems to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to identify new business opportunities and expand existing sales.
- Perform site visits to document field conditions and develop AV functional diagrams.
- Generate proposals and sales orders, including scope of service, schedule, and payment terms.
- Manage and oversee proposal content and prepare orders as required.
- Develop and implement strategies to maintain and expand sales within an assigned territory.
- Forecast demand for products within the assigned territory.
- Serve as a point of escalation for client issues or activities.
- Prepare and conduct technical/product presentations and demonstrations.

Requirements:
- Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
