About the Role

The Continuous Process Improvement Advisor serves as a strategic partner to internal leaders at all levels of the organization, driving process transformation and excellence. This role is responsible for improving and maintaining compliant processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach and educate internal leaders on process transformation and improvement methodologies
  • Develop and implement process improvement initiatives, leveraging data-driven insights and best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address process gaps and inefficiencies
  • Design and implement process metrics and monitoring systems to ensure ongoing improvement
  • Provide subject matter expertise on process transformation and improvement to internal stakeholders
Requirements
  • Proven experience in process improvement and transformation, with a focus on healthcare or business services
  • Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies, including Lean and Six Sigma
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal leaders and stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights to drive process improvement
  • Strong business acumen, with a focus on operational efficiency and effectiveness
