The Blood Collection Specialist serves as a vital member of the laboratory team, executing specimen collection techniques that encompass venipuncture, capillary draws, urine collection guidance, and specimen culture collection instructions.


Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an accredited phlebotomy or medical assistant program with clinical experience, or prior phlebotomy experience
- Experience in a clinical environment

Preferred Job Requirements:
- Certification from a nationally recognized agency.
