- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely processing of patient information.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous medical office experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information.
- Computer experience required, with proficiency in front-end check-in and check-out systems.
