Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to fill a temporary, grant-funded position as a Project Manager at Jefferson Health. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and growing existing partnerships with municipalities, community and faith-based organizations, and delivering health-related presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building and growing existing partnerships with municipalities, community and faith-based organizations
- Delivering health-related presentations
- Managing data and writing reports
- Reliable transportation and ability to lift and transport supplies
Requirements:
- Computer literate and proficient with Microsoft programs, especially Excel and Word
- Community outreach or social services experience preferred
