Key Responsibilities- Obtain and verify demographic, financial, and clinical information for patient accounts.
- Collaborate with scheduling departments to identify add-on patients and obtain necessary authorizations.
- Verify insurance eligibility and notify patients and referring physicians of any issues.
- Collect funds from patients and maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients and their families.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience required.
- Front desk dental experience preferred.
- Bilingual preferred.
