Construction Administrator

The SLAM Collaborative is seeking a skilled Construction Administrator to support our Providence, RI office. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for construction management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Track and manage project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
  • Conduct on-site observations to ensure adherence to contract documents.
  • Maintain accurate records of project activities, including verbal instructions and interpretations.
  • Collaborate with the project team to provide interpretations of contract documents and assist in the preparation of supplemental instructions.
  • Attend construction meetings and document proceedings.

The successful candidate will be proficient in MS Office and construction management software, with a strong ability to work collaboratively and independently.
