Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team at Heritage Restoration, Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in historic preservation and construction, with excellent research, documentation, and writing skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development of scope and cost estimates for historic preservation projects
  • Support the Owner in summarizing and presenting surveys with clients and team members
  • Attend client meetings and prepare materials for presentations and reports
  • Research project estimating opportunities and market trends
  • Manage social media, email marketing, and content creation for the company
  • Develop and implement public education and training programs
  • Assist with business needs, including organizing records and performing ad hoc duties

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in materials conservation, architecture, historic preservation, or a related field
  • Strong research and documentation skills, with experience in historic preservation construction projects
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
