Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Manager to join our team at Lockton, Inc. This individual will be responsible for servicing clients' accounts in an innovative and efficient manner, possessing and applying knowledge of industry trends and related regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the servicing of a designated book of business, including marketing, claims, and administration.
  • Research and resolve policy-related issues, implementing effective solutions.
  • Develop financial models and reports for clients and senior staff, providing interpretation and recommendations.
  • Provide strategic planning and consultative advice to clients, including coverage plan analysis and recommendations.
  • Engage in client strategy meetings to manage insured expectations and develop coverage plans.
  • Assess and interpret exposure information from clients, analyzing quotes from carriers to determine recommendations.
  • Facilitate client premium financing and participate in negotiations with carriers.
  • Mentor and train junior-level staff, ensuring knowledge transfer and development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Five or more years of client services experience, with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work outside regular business hours and travel as needed.
