Crowe is seeking a highly skilled Forensic Accounting Manager/Senior Manager to join our Forensics Consulting Group. As a key member of our team, you will leverage your expertise in accounting fundamentals to analyze financial information and provide high-quality services to our clients.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of forensic professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure high-quality work and professional development.
  • Conduct engagements in compliance with applicable professional, legal, regulatory, and firm requirements.
  • Utilize litigation support technologies, such as eDiscovery software, document management systems, and data analytics tools.
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure the accuracy and completeness of deliverables, including document productions, data summaries, and trial exhibits.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in forensic and litigation support, and provide recommendations for process improvements and innovation.
  • Review and analyze financial statements, general ledger, and other accounting records as it relates to forensic accounting engagements.
  • Identify inconsistencies, discrepancies, or signs of fraudulent activity using techniques such as ratio analysis, trend analysis, or Benford's Law.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects with minimal supervision and travel to client sites as required.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner) or CFF (Certified in Financial Forensics) certification preferred.
  • At least 5 to 7 years of Accounting experience, with at least 2 to 3 years of Litigation Support and/or Forensic Accounting experience.
  • Previous audit experience preferred.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with minimal supervision.
