Job Summary

First United Bank is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in our Operations Center. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers via inbound and outbound calls, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information on bank products and services.
  • Call Center Operations: Manage customer calls, emails, and other communication channels to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on bank products and services, including features, benefits, and promotions.
  • Communication Skills: Develop and maintain strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Prior customer service experience, preferably in a banking or financial services environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, computer proficiency, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
