**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide quality customer service to customers and colleagues
  • Process financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments
  • Sell bank products and services to customers
  • Monitor cash and detect counterfeit money
  • Verify customer identity and endorsements
  • Balance cash drawers and vaults
  • Perform depository account maintenance and enter new accounts into the system
  • Assist branch manager and perform other work-related duties as assigned

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
  • Minimum one (1) year experience working as a Teller preferred
  • Complete New Account Consumer and New Account Business training
  • Ability to type 60 wpm and operate 10-key
  • Basic reading, writing, and math skills
  • Proficient in computers and Microsoft Office software
  • Working knowledge of office equipment
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, and customer relation skills
  • Attention to detail and mental concentration for accurately performing tasks
  • Ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to handle frequent interruptions

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • 1-2 years: Teller experience
