**Human Resources Generalist Position**
We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as a Human Resources Generalist, supporting our Human Resources Manager in all aspects of human resources, including payroll processing and benefit administration.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, with experience in job corps and/or working with youth preferred. A bachelor's degree in human resources management or a related field is also desired.
**Main Responsibilities:**
- Support the Human Resources Manager in resolving employee relations issues and conducting benefits enrollment for new employees.
- Verify I-9 documentation, prepare and monitor performance appraisals, and assist with recruitment and interview processes.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Maintain accurate records and perform various administrative tasks as needed.
**Benefits Package:**
- Competitive salary ($60,000 - $75,000 per year)
