Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Physician Recruiter to join our team at AMN Healthcare. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing, qualifying, and presenting candidates for executive search positions. Your expertise in interviewing techniques and ability to build strong business relationships will be essential in driving our recruitment efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop a slate of qualified candidates for presentation to the Recruitment Manager
* Source and qualify candidates for executive search positions
* Present candidates to clients and negotiate offers
* Maintain effective communication with the Recruitment Leader regarding recruitment status and updates
* Stay up-to-date with recruiting laws, regulations, and guidelines vital to perform job duties in accordance with the Corporate Compliance Plan
Requirements:
* Associate's Degree plus 2-5 years of work experience or High School Diploma/GED plus 4-7 years of work experience
* Experience in a healthcare staffing role
* Experience building strong business relationships with key partners and decision-makers
* Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information
Work Environment:
* Work is performed in an office/home office environment
* Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards

Pay Rate:
$40,000 - $50,000 Salary
Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
