The Role

The Planning and Engineering Guidelines Team is responsible for providing guidance and support to our Planning and Engineering organizations. Our team of subject matter experts develops, trains, and maintains Architecture and Configuration guidelines and tools that ensure compliance with Lumen standards and industry best practices.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network architecture, engineering, and design, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and maintain network architecture guidelines and standards
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement network solutions
* Provide technical guidance and support to Planning and Engineering teams
* Develop and deliver training programs to ensure knowledge sharing and consistency

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
* 8+ years of experience in network architecture, engineering, and design
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Experience with Microsoft 365, Visio, and Web-based design tools
