Network Application Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Application Engineer to join our team at SEL. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing communication solutions for our products.
Key Responsibilities- Architect and implement communication solutions for SEL products
- Leverage strong background in networking, routing, and Ethernet design
- Integrate radio communication effectively into SEL applications
- Design and implement SONET applications and solutions
- Develop and deliver technical presentations to customers and industry events
- Travel up to 25% of the time to engage with customers, attend conferences, and collaborate with SEL teams
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Strong networking background with expertise in network protocols, routing, and Ethernet design
- Familiarity with radio communication standards and their integration
- Knowledge of SONET applications and design principles
- Effective communication skills to convey technical information to diverse audiences
- Willingness to travel regularly
- Curiosity and adaptability to learn new technologies and assume new responsibilities
- Collaborative team player with ability to work effectively in a team environment
