About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Integration Architect to join our team at Oracle. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the business and installation process while building relationships with our clients.

Your Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Integration Architect, you will be the technical project manager that will oversee the technology and implementation process as well as relationships within large projects for designated Oracle Cerner clients. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing complex client relationships with a high degree of variability, requiring influence to achieve the targeted outcomes
  • Developing strategies for design, system validation, and integration across solutions and venues of care
  • Developing and overseeing the execution of domain, issue, and change management strategies
  • Mitigating and resolving integration risks proactively, serving as the final point for escalations
  • Providing integration oversight for engagements and providing support to project team members so that project deliverables and timelines are met while ensuring value is delivered to the client as committed
  • Providing integration and domain expertise to internal and external client project teams
  • Consulting cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to impact solution direct and functionality with relation to integration and stability

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • An understanding of Cerner Solutions
  • Successfully worked as a consultant providing domain and/or project management oversight
  • Healthcare industry expertise
  • Enjoy collaborating with stakeholders to determine process, methodology, and driving continuous process improvement
  • Understand sensitivity in safeguarding corporate and client assets
  • Be willing to travel up to 75%, as needed
  • Bring agility and flexibility
  • Provide domain expertise, project management, and client relationship management

About Your Background and Qualifications

You will need to have:

  • At least 6 years of professional experience and completed higher education
  • 3+ years Healthcare Information Technology (HCIT) Consulting experience, offering HCIT support, project management, client relationship management, or HCIT solutions
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional work experience
  • A Project Management Professional (PMP) - Project Management Institute (PMI) certification (preferred)
  • A strong understanding of Cerner Millennium (highly preferred)
