Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Hopkins and Company. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our dining room, ensuring exceptional service and a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service Standards: Ensure that service standards are consistently met, from the moment guests arrive to the moment they depart.
  • Operations Management: Oversee the management of administrative duties, including staff supervision, inventory management, and maintenance of the restaurant.
  • Guest Relations: Foster a positive and welcoming environment for guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the General Manager to supervise staff, manage day-to-day functions, and maintain outstanding hospitality and service.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of restaurant management experience
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook 365, and Excel
  • Proven problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent math, reading, writing, and communication skills
