CVS Health Shift Supervisor Trainee Job Description

At CVS Health, we're committed to delivering exceptional healthcare services to our customers. As a Shift Supervisor Trainee, you'll play a critical role in preparing for future supervisory responsibilities and learning about key aspects of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work effectively with store management and store crews to ensure seamless store operations.
  • Supervise the store's crew through assigning, directing, and following up on all activities.
  • Assist customers with their questions, problems, and complaints, promoting CVS customer service culture.
  • Handle all customer relations issues in accordance with company policy and promote a positive shopping experience for all CVS customers.
  • Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.

Requirements:

  • Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills, and computer skills.
  • Advanced communication skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed.
