We are seeking a skilled and experienced bartender to join our team of hospitality professionals at Holeman and Finch Public House. Our classic gastropub offers a unique dining experience with artisanal twists on classic dishes and a robust wine list. As a bartender, you will work closely with the front of house team to ensure beverage quality and provide a welcoming and memorable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain a working knowledge of all recipes, products, and production procedures
Set up and maintain a clean, organized bar according to brand standards
Assist with beverage and dining orders, bar maintenance, delivering, check-ins, and clearing
Work as a team player, helping your fellow team with guest interactions and bar duties to contribute to a positive working environment
Possess the ability to positively and proactively handle guest concerns
Able to prioritize multiple tasks and openly communicate with your manager and fellow service team about next steps
Consistent adherence to the uniform policy
Reports for duty on time and manages one's shift, communicating with the management team when leaving their station for breaks or family meal

Requirements:

Must be 21 years of age or older
2+ year(s) of relevant bartending experience
Able to move and/or lift heavier product
Able to stand for long periods of time; occasionally kneel, bend, and crouch as required to reach items at varying height levels
Able to work in a fast-paced environment calmly and effectively
