MRI Technologist

Penn State Health is seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join our team in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in magnetic resonance imaging and be able to operate MRI scanners with precision and accuracy.
Responsibilities will include monitoring patient safety and comfort, viewing images of the area being scanned to ensure quality, and administering gadolinium contrast dosage intravenously as needed.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for interviewing patients, explaining MRI procedures, and positioning patients on the examining table.
Additionally, the MRI Technologist will be responsible for entering data into the computer system, including patient history, anatomical area to be scanned, orientation specified, and position of entry.
Requirements- Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologist (ARMRIT) and registered or registry eligible in MRI.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
