About the Role

We are seeking an Inbound Expert to join our team, responsible for creating a welcoming experience for guests, executing daily/weekly workload to support business priorities, and delivering on sales goals. As an Inbound Expert, you will be the face of Target, providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create a welcoming experience for guests by authentically greeting and engaging with them
  • Execute a detailed, accurate and efficient sorting operation, including unloading schedule times
  • Stock, backstock and zone product on sales floor, maintaining sales floor instocks for GM categories
  • Operate power equipment only if certified and partner with leader if certification is needed
  • Work with accuracy and attention to detail, managing all defectives and handling environmentally sensitive (ESIM) items in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance, working in a safe manner at all times to benefit yourself and others
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older
  • Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and other team members
  • Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed
  • Work both independently and with a team, resolving guest questions quickly on the spot
  • Attention to detail and follow a multi-step process, capable of working in a fast-paced environment and accomplishing multiple tasks within established timeframes
