We are seeking a skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team at LHH. As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for processing weekly payroll for 100+ employees, verifying and reconciling timekeeping records, and calculating and applying deductions, benefits, and tax withholdings.

Responsibilities

  • Process weekly payroll for 100+ employees
  • Verify and reconcile timekeeping records, ensuring accurate entry of hours worked, overtime, and other payroll adjustments
  • Calculate and apply deductions, benefits, and tax withholdings in accordance with company policies and legal requirements
  • Prepare and submit required payroll reports
  • Other responsibilities as needed

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience processing payroll
  • Construction industry experience is a huge plus
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Experience processing payroll in QuickBooks, ADP, Paycom
