Area Sales Manager

At Smith Douglas Homes, we're seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead our New Home Sales team in the Charlotte, NC metro area. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for mentoring and coaching sales agents to achieve elevated sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate sales staff to achieve sales and closing goals.
- Plan and lead regular sales team rallies to inspire and train.
- Help negotiate and approve sales contracts.
- Continuously improve and gather competitive information to secure market share.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to achieve organizational objectives.
- Recruit and retain high-quality Sales Agents.
- Maintain updated commission structures for Sales Agents.
- Act as liaison between sales team, homeowners, production, office staff, and other management team members.
Requirements:
- College degree preferred.
- North Carolina Real Estate License.
- Minimum 2-5 years of related job experience.
- Specific training in sales and marketing techniques.
- Thorough knowledge of the home building industry relative to sales and marketing strategies.
