Job Title: Area Sales Manager

At Smith Douglas Homes, we're seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead our New Home Sales team in the Charlotte, NC metro area. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for mentoring and coaching sales agents to achieve elevated sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate sales staff to achieve sales and closing goals.
  • Plan and lead regular sales team rallies to inspire and train.
  • Help negotiate and approve sales contracts.
  • Continuously improve and gather competitive information to secure market share.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Recruit and retain high-quality Sales Agents.
  • Maintain updated commission structures for Sales Agents.
  • Act as liaison between sales team, homeowners, production, office staff, and other management team members.

Requirements:

  • College degree preferred.
  • North Carolina Real Estate License.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of related job experience.
  • Specific training in sales and marketing techniques.
  • Thorough knowledge of the home building industry relative to sales and marketing strategies.
