Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for selling new homes in our beautiful communities throughout the surrounding suburbs of Greensboro, Winston-Salem, or High Point, NC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell new, high-quality homes in our communities
  • Work with and learn from an industry-leading sales team
  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Provide exceptional customer service
Requirements
  • Active state Real Estate License or enrolled in state Real Estate licensing course required
  • 1 or more years of quota-bearing commission-based sales experience required
  • 1 or more years of B2B or B2C sales experience required
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills required
  • Ability to work weekends on a regular basis required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment within a team-centered environment required
