New Home Sales Representative

Eastwood Homes is a family-owned, privately held residential homebuilder dedicated to building homes of exceptional quality and outstanding craftsmanship in eight divisions and four states throughout the Southeast region.
Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious New Home Sales Associate to join our successful sales team. As a New Home Sales Associate, you will be responsible for creating and initiating community marketing campaigns, demonstrating model homes and floor plans, and facilitating contract documents.
Key Responsibilities:- Create and initiate community marketing campaigns to attract new customers and foster referral business
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of customers' needs and how those needs align with Eastwood Homes' product design
- Demonstrate model home, floor plan designs, home features, and home-site availability to potential residents
- Understand architectural plans, blueprints, and site plans
- Facilitate contract documents as it pertains to the purchase of a new home
- Excellent written, verbal communication and customer service skills
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug and background screening
- Ability to work a minimum five-day work week including Saturday and Sunday plus early evening weekday hours
- Must possess a clean, dependable vehicle accommodating at least 2 passengers that may be required to facilitate necessary job functions

After securing an active real estate license and successfully completing the program, New Home Associates are eligible for a promotion to a New Home Specialist which comes complete with a competitive compensation program and bonus potential.
