We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our geriatric/long-term care team at Bloomfield Center in Bloomfield, NM. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients/residents and making a meaningful difference in their lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop effective plans of care in collaboration with the nursing team and other disciplines.
  • Administer medications and perform treatments as ordered by physicians, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of care.
  • Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise them to ensure tasks and interventions are implemented effectively.
  • Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts to ensure seamless care delivery.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Be a graduate of an approved school of nursing and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
  • Hold CPR certification.
  • Have one to three years of experience working as a Registered Nurse in a related setting.
