About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced individual to join our team as a Financial Services Representative. You will be responsible for educating customers about insurance options, developing leads, and marketing appropriate products and services. Key Responsibilities:
- Customer-Focused Approach: Use a customer-focused approach to educate customers about insurance options and develop strong relationships.
- Marketing and Sales: Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs.
- Community Involvement: Support local community events and maintain a strong work ethic.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and performance.

- Sales Experience: Sales experience preferred, but not required. Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.
