About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Architect to join our team at Stealth. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data architecture solutions that meet the needs of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with business leaders and technical teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Design and Implement Data Architectures: Develop scalable, secure, and efficient data architectures using various technologies such as databases (SQL/NoSQL), big data platforms (Hadoop, Spark), cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), ETL tools, etc.
  • Develop Data Models and Schemas: Create data models, schemas, and metadata management strategies to ensure data consistency across the organization.
  • Design and Implement Data Integration Solutions: Develop data integration solutions that connect various systems and applications within the organization.
  • Ensure Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices in data governance, security, privacy, and quality.
  • Lead a Team of Data Architects: Lead a team of data architects, developers, and engineers to deliver high-quality data architecture projects on time and within budget.
  • Provide Technical Guidance: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff members.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in data management technologies and best practices.
  • Participate in Project Planning: Participate in project planning, estimation, and risk assessment activities.
  • Collaborate with IT Teams: Collaborate with other IT teams (e.g., infrastructure, security) to ensure seamless integration of data architecture solutions into the overall technology landscape.
  • Understand Data Governance: Understand the overall management of the organization's data, including policies.
  • Cybersecurity: Identify potential threats, understand attack patterns, detect intrusions, and respond to incidents.
  • Data Platforms: Have knowledge about various technologies and tools used for storing, processing, analyzing, and managing large volumes of structured and unstructured data.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years experience.
  • Clearance: Secret Security Clearance Required.
  • Salary Range: $95-120K.
