Job Description

We are Arcarithm, a company changing the world through innovation and technology. We are seeking a Senior Data Architect to join our team in Tullahoma, TN.

The successful candidate will be a primary subject matter expert for data within the Digital Enterprise organization. This role will help shape and lead the development of a Digital Enterprise strategic plan and roadmap, focusing on data governance, data management, data architecture, data analytics, and cybersecurity.

The ideal candidate will have a B.S. degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics, with at least 8 years of progressive experience in a data-related position. They will also have strong data, AI/data science, and technological knowledge, covering recent topics such as data governance, data domains, AI models and techniques, platform, cloud, API, microservices, DevSecOps, engineering, data security/privacy, BI, and analytics.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Digital Enterprise Manager, stakeholders, and other personnel to plan and execute Digital Modernization initiatives based on the developed strategic plan. They will also collaborate with other functions to ensure communication and value attainment, and galvanize stakeholders for change management.

Basic qualifications include current United States citizenship and a strong understanding of data governance, data management, and data architecture. Preferred qualifications include an advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or other related field, experience working within Department of Defense or other government organizations, and strong change management leadership skills.
