As a Senior Quality Assurance Manager within PNC's Asset Management Group and AI Strategy organization, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and performance of our applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee 2-4 applications that integrate with various other systems.
  • Manage a team of 12-14 quality assurance professionals.
  • Encourage both automation and manual testing through training initiatives.
  • Collaborate with business units and development teams to maintain budgetary and capacity considerations for both full-time employees and contractors.
  • Advocate for Agile methodologies within the team.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Experience in managing applications that connect with multiple systems.
  • Adept at multitasking across 2-4 applications.
  • Strong communication skills to facilitate dialogue within the team and with business stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL database technologies.
  • Familiarity with Data Visualization tools, such as Tableau.
  • Basic understanding of Selenium and other automation tools (coding experience is not mandatory).

Job Description

In this role, you will lead the development, support, and implementation of data solutions across multiple applications to meet business objectives and user needs.

Utilizing your technical expertise and industry knowledge, you will design, build, and maintain technology solutions.

You will spearhead data requirement analysis and the development of data preparation processes for targeted solutions.

Additionally, you will oversee the design and construction of data service infrastructure across various data platforms, aligned with operational workflows.

Your responsibilities will include ensuring the scalability, availability, and maintainability of data solutions for multiple applications.

Consultation on data migration and transformation will be essential to guarantee the accuracy and security of the solutions implemented.
