We are seeking a dedicated professional to become a vital member of our AML Team in the capacity of Senior Quality Assurance Associate.
In this role, you will significantly influence our operations through the following responsibilities:
- Act as the final checkpoint for precision in client documentation.
- Perform thorough quality assessments of standard client reports to ensure accurate representation of policy information.
- Examine complex client reports to verify the correctness of policy details.
- Evaluate flagged profiles during the renewal phase.
- Modify client profiles as required.
- Stay informed about global issues, risks, and events that may affect client risk profiles.
- Identify and update profiles as necessary.
- Engage with internal stakeholders and external clients to resolve any concerns.
To thrive in this position, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Several years of relevant work experience is preferred.
- A background in trading, brokerage, fraud, or legal fields is advantageous.
- Relevant local or regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.
