We are seeking a new team member to join our AML Team in the role of Senior Quality Assurance Associate.

In this role, you will have a significant impact through the following responsibilities:

  • Act as the final checkpoint for accuracy in client reports.
  • Conduct thorough quality assessments of standard client reports to ensure policy information is accurately represented.
  • Review complex client reports to verify the accuracy of policy information.
  • Evaluate flagged profiles during the renewal process.
  • Modify client profiles when necessary.
  • Stay informed about global issues, risks, and events that may influence client risk levels.
  • Identify and update profiles accordingly.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external clients to resolve any issues.

To excel in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Several years of overall work experience is preferred.
  • A background in trading, brokerage, fraud, or law is advantageous.
  • Relevant local/regional licenses or certifications as mandated by the business.
