Essential Skills:

  • Attention to Detail: Monitor food standards, costs, and safety protocols.
  • Leadership: Inspire and guide the kitchen team during busy shifts, resolve conflicts, and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Management Skills: Handle food costs, pricing, and work schedules effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Clearly convey standards and cooking methods to team members.

Kitchen supervisors should be prepared for long hours in a dynamic environment, often on their feet and working around hot cooking elements.

Compensation: $18-$25 per hour (tipped position)
