We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Regional Office Coordinator to join our team at AccentCare, Inc. As a Regional Office Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our business operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our offices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to site leadership and employees, including new hire onboarding, employee profile updates, and payroll audits.
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation processes, ensuring that all necessary paperwork and documentation is completed.
  • Responsible for background screenings, licensure updates, and ongoing monitoring processes.
  • Update employee profiles in Workday, including status changes, compensation changes, leave of absence, and terminations.
  • Initiate leave of absence process and resolve licensure expirations.
  • Maintain effective communication with employees and office staff.
  • Participate in process improvement responsibilities and quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma required; Associates degree preferred.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience with Human Resources related duties and High School diploma.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, problem solving, multi-tasking, organized, self-starter, and ability to meet deadlines.
