About the Role

Job Title: Registered Dietitian

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Dietitian to join our Clinical Research Team at the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine. As a key member of our team, you will provide nutrition expertise for clinical research activities on the effect of a plant-based diet on various aspects of health.

About the Clinical Research Team: Our team is dedicated to conducting innovative research studies that prove the power of plant-based diets. We have a proven track record of publishing and presenting our findings, making them accessible to the public. Our research has established the power of plant-based nutrition to improve diabetes, lipid disorders, weight management, chronic pain, and other conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach nutrition education classes for study participants.
  • Help with recruitment and enrollment of research participants.
  • Help with participant assessments, particularly with diet record review and analysis.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in nutrition or a related field is required.
  • A master's degree in nutrition or public health is a plus.
  • Registered Dietitian (RD) credential is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a dietitian.
  • Experience following a plant-based diet.
