About the Role

We are seeking a part-time Registered Dietitian to join our team at Ingleside at Rock Creek, a Continuing Care Retirement Community in Washington, DC. This position offers a flexible schedule and is benefits-eligible.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide nutritional care to long-term care, rehab, assisted living, and memory care residents.
  • Conduct quality improvement initiatives such as test trays and meal rounds.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nursing, and ancillary staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and implement nutrition programs that meet the needs of our residents.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Nutrition or related field.
  • Completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND).
  • Eligibility for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and registration within 120 days of hire.
  • Certification/licensure as required by state(s) of practice.
