We are in search of a seasoned Business Process Improvement Leader to become an integral part of our Main Digital team, acting as a dedicated Lean Six Sigma authority within the financial services sector. The ideal candidate will possess the capability to manage intricate projects by leveraging Lean Six Sigma methodologies to deliver effective solutions.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

As a Business Process Improvement Leader, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Defining, developing, and executing tailored solutions that cater to both local requirements and global standards.
  • Establishing consultative relationships with internal teams and management to grasp strategic goals, key performance indicators (KPIs), and reporting necessities.
  • Acting as a strategic advisor to management and key stakeholders on various projects with significant enterprise-wide implications.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • A minimum of 8 years of pertinent work experience.
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification or comparable experience in executing projects.
  • Proficient understanding of Agile Project Management and Change Management principles.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply Lean and Six Sigma methodologies in business contexts, particularly within financial services, including statistical analysis.
  • Experience in managing complex projects across business units in diverse regions including the U.S., Europe, and Asia-Pacific.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and collaboration skills; adept at fostering and maintaining robust stakeholder relationships at all organizational levels through effective negotiation and influence.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with a talent for crafting and delivering clear, engaging instructional materials and presentations.
  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities, including optimizing resource utilization, delegating responsibilities, and meeting deadlines.
  • Proven leadership and management skills; capable of inspiring, driving performance, and guiding cross-functional teams through transitions.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on measurable outcomes.
  • Agile certification or relevant experience is preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify measurement gaps and implement strategies to address them, assigning ownership where necessary.
  • Analyze operational data and metrics, synthesizing findings into comprehensive reports or presentations.
  • Assess and define business process-related challenges, opportunities, and enhancements, implementing effective solutions.
  • Communicate insights derived from analysis to translate them into actionable intelligence.
  • Ensure that improvements align with or surpass established key performance indicators.
  • Guide teams in identifying, challenging, and prioritizing root-cause issues, translating them into viable solutions, and establishing controls for ongoing measurement of business value.
  • Oversee project scope, objectives, constraints, assumptions, and progress for large strategic initiatives utilizing Agile methodologies.
  • Exercise sound judgment in balancing project risks and making timely decisions to mitigate risks in uncertain situations.
  • Serve as a resource for building continuous improvement capabilities across the organization by mentoring and training junior staff and associates pursuing certification.
  • Gather and analyze information to formulate recommendations and implement process-related solutions that address strategic business objectives across multiple global business units.
  • Engage in industry forums to stay updated on domain knowledge relevant to your areas of expertise.
  • Collaborate with leaders and their teams to ensure that process improvements are adopted, measured, and monitored to support business performance.
  • Assist in identifying and empowering process owners to ensure the sustainability of process improvements over time.
  • Monitor market trends and stakeholder needs, recommending adjustments to optimize costs, benefits, and delivery speed.
