- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions
- Communicate project status to stakeholders, including regular progress reports
- Proven experience in construction project management, with a strong understanding of building codes, blueprints, and construction processes
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- OSHA 30 license and experience using construction management software
- PMP certification is a plus
