Sales Account Manager

At LHH Recruitment Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Account Manager to join our team. As a Sales Account Manager, you will play a critical role in driving client sales by aligning with our company's strategy to maximize both volume and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:- Execute the commercial strategy as outlined by the Sales Manager, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Build and enhance relationships with existing clients, raising awareness of our company's capabilities in products, services, and expertise.
- Manage the entire sales process from identifying customer needs to deal closure, ensuring customer quotes are accurate, timely, and meet quality standards.
- Track submitted quotations, providing follow-up to maximize deal closure and an easy transition between Sales Management and Sales Administration teams.
- Analyze customer behavior and trends to identify growth opportunities, monitor customer KPIs weekly, investigate lost deals, and develop strategies to reduce deal losses.
- Collaborate with the headquarters sales team, Sales Administration, and Supply Chain to maintain operational efficiency.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a business or technical environment.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships with a flexible and adaptive mindset.
- Experience in the medical sector is a plus.
- Proficiency in French or other foreign languages is an advantage.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly autonomous with a process-oriented and results-driven approach.
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and 401K plan. Our program provides employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs.
