Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine the extent of speech and language difficulties.
- Analyze results from various diagnostic tests, including auditory and speech evaluations.
- Develop tailored treatment strategies for individuals with speech, language, fluency, and swallowing challenges.
- Provide education to patients and their families on effective communication techniques and coping strategies.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment plans for administrative and billing purposes.
- Create and implement individual or group activities aimed at improving communication skills.
- Actively participate in team meetings to discuss patient advancements and collaborate on care strategies.

Qualifications
- A Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
- Relevant certifications and licensure with 3-5 years of professional experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
