Job Summary:

Juntos Therapy Services, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our pediatric outpatient clinic team. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in providing patient-centered assessments and interventions to address various areas of speech, language, swallowing, oral motor, and Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify communication and swallowing disorders in pediatric patients.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, including Occupational Therapists and Physical Therapists.
  • Provide evidence-based interventions to address speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices and research in the field.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
  • Current licensure and certification in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in an outpatient clinic setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
