Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Branch Director to lead our home health operations in Port Charlotte, FL. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for setting the standard for culture, quality, and teamwork, and for driving business growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Foster a Culture of Caring: Develop and maintain a positive and supportive work environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
  • Build and Lead a High-Performing Team: Recruit, hire, develop, and retain top talent to ensure a skilled and dedicated team that delivers high-quality patient care and achieves business objectives.
  • Drive Quality Outcomes: Champion quality outcomes by setting high standards for clinical quality and customer service, and by ensuring that all team members are equipped to deliver exceptional care.
  • Manage Branch Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, including service delivery, customer service, and business growth initiatives.
  • Partner with Sales: Collaborate with sales teams to drive business growth and expansion, and to identify new opportunities for service delivery.
  • Manage Financial Performance: Ensure that the branch operates within budget and achieves financial objectives, while also identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare operations management, preferably in home health or hospice.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business and fiscal management skills, including knowledge of governmental regulations and accreditation standards.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members, patients, and families.
