Key Responsibilities
  • Foster a Culture of Excellence: Develop and maintain a culture that prioritizes patient-centered care, quality, and teamwork.
  • Lead and Develop the Team: Recruit, hire, develop, and retain top talent to ensure the branch has the necessary skills and expertise to deliver exceptional care.
  • Champion Quality Outcomes: Set high standards for clinical quality and customer service, and work to achieve measurable results.
  • Operational Excellence: Manage the overall operations of the branch, ensuring efficient use of resources and effective delivery of services.
  • Business Growth: Partner with sales to drive business growth and achieve defined clinical, operational, and financial goals.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare operations management, preferably in home health or hospice.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business and fiscal management, governmental regulations, and accreditation standards.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
