Customer Service Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Administrative Assistant to join our team at Aston Carter. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in customer service, marketing, and contract management to take their career to the next level.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong attention to detail. They will also have the ability to self-manage workload and efficiently manage multiple tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage engine service program contracts, setup for new contracts, transfers, and re-enrollments.
- Manage overall customer information function with in-service data in an integrated database.
- Manage new and renewal pricing for ESA programs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience.
- Experience in Customer Service/Marketing supporting a manufacturing or production company.
- Strong Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint skills.
- Ability to present large data in an aggregate and succinct manner.
