Enterprise Technology Program Director

We are seeking a highly experienced Enterprise Technology Program Director to lead our complex government technical projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, with a proven track record of successfully managing large and intricate contracts.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary liaison between TekStream Solutions and our government stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the program lifecycle.
- Manage the overall program (contract) and oversee the execution of all Task Order projects, ensuring they meet or exceed customer requirements and contractual obligations.
- Lead and mentor Task Order Project Managers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project execution across all Task Orders.
- Develop and maintain the program management plan, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies, across multiple Task Orders.
- Ensure that all Task Order projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while adhering to quality standards and requirements.
- Monitor program and project progress, conducting regular reviews to assess performance, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and resources to ensure that all aspects of the program are aligned and that projects are integrated seamlessly and resources appropriately.
- Prepare and present regular status reports and presentations to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, challenges, successes, and any necessary adjustments to the program strategy.
- Ensure compliance with all contractual requirements, maintaining thorough documentation and audit trails for the program.
- Drive continuous improvement across the program by identifying opportunities for process enhancements, cost savings, and risk mitigation.
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- At least 7-10 years of experience in program or project management, with a proven track record of successfully managing large and complex government contracts. Experience managing multiple Task Orders simultaneously is essential.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirable. Other relevant certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PRINCE2 Practitioner, or equivalent certifications in program management are desirable.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage and mentor multiple Project Managers effectively. Extensive experience in managing large, complex government projects, with a deep understanding of government contracting and regulatory requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both internal teams and government stakeholders. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira) and a solid understanding of budgeting, financial management, and risk management.
$120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
