  • Monitor program and project progress, conducting regular reviews to assess performance, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and resources to ensure that all aspects of the program are aligned and that projects are integrated seamlessly and resources appropriately.
  • Prepare and present regular status reports and presentations to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, challenges, successes, and any necessary adjustments to the program strategy.
  • Ensure compliance with all contractual requirements, maintaining thorough documentation and audit trails for the program.
  • Drive continuous improvement across the program by identifying opportunities for process enhancements, cost savings, and risk mitigation.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Experience: At least 7-10 years of experience in program or project management, with a proven track record of successfully managing large and complex government contracts. Experience managing multiple Task Orders simultaneously is essential.
  • Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirable. Other relevant certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PRINCE2 Practitioner, or equivalent certifications in program management are desirable.
